Market transparency

 

This page contains information which is subject to market transparency requirements as set out by EU energy legislation, specifically the general principles defined in EC Regulation No. 1228/2003 (or No. 714/2009) on conditions for access to the network for cross-border exchanges in electricity. In addition, other information based on various relevant reports and recommendations from national Regulators can also be found on this page.

Structured data is gathered from both internal and external data systems. Where external data cannot be gathered in a structured electronic form, a hyperlink to the data source is provided. Text information or information which is not often changed is provided in the form of separate documents or texts.

Since market transparency requirements are subject to regular changes, related especially to new EU binding legislation currently under preparation, this page will be updated accordingly so as to reflect the latest requirements.

The Transmission System Operator in the Czech Republic hereby informs market participants as required by Regulation (EC) No 714/2009 on conditions for access to the network for cross-border exchanges in electricity and based on Regulation (EU) No. 543/2013 on submission and publication of data in electricity markets and amending Annex I to  Regulation (EC) No. 714/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

In conformity with Regulation (EU) No. 543/2013, which is effective from January 5, 2015, ČEPS publishes the required information on the central European platform EMFIP (http://transparency.entsoe.eu/) operated by ENTSO-E.
