In accordance with its policy of transparency and information accessibility, the Company is committed to informing all its stakeholders fairly and openly of its business and investment strategy, achievements and future development. ČEPS offers equal conditions for access to the transmission system and for electricity transfer to all electricity market players. Develops relationships with suppliers based on mutual confidence.
4. High standard of business ethics
ČEPS conducts its business in adherence to the highest possible ethical standards. Its employees fully respect both the principles of good business practice and the Company’s Code of Ethics. They are always loyal to the company and defend its repute. Corruption of any kind is considered as absolutely unacceptable.
5. Social responsibility
ČEPS, aware of its social responsibilities, assists in solving various local problems as they occur and works hard to minimise any adverse impact on the environment. The Company upholds the relevant standards and actively provides local communities with information on its environmental programme. Prevention based on the creation of system conditions for the safe and reliable operation of the Czech transmission system is considered the best basis for preserving the environment for the enjoyment of future generations.
