The creation and strengthening of relationships between our staff and students is one of our long-term priorities. By means of coordinated and targeted cooperation with universities we create conditions for students to become potential new employees and colleagues.
Our aims:

Recruitment of new employees from among university graduates and to offer them trainee programmes;

Extension of knowledge and general orientation in power sector issues for students from non-technical disciplines;

Linking experts from the power industry and the academic community;

Involvement of students in ČEPS projects; organisation of practical training and excursions for students;

Formulation of themes for student theses; appointment of ČEPS employees to expert commissions as well as university working and advisory groups;
