Benefit from our development programme for school-leavers and graduates as well as for final year students of high schools and universities the aim of which is to provide a general overview of ČEPS’s activities. Offers to join the trainee programme are distributed in an agreed form to final year students, school leavers and graduates. In addition, we offer a one-year (or shorter) development programme for those with experience in the power sector to prepare them for a specific job position with the intention of replacing an outgoing employee. The aim of the development programmes is for the trainee employee to become acquainted with the activities and responsibilities of the respective department.
