The Company strives to facilitate the adaptation of employees to their new work environment. For this purpose, a series of in-house professional seminars is organised for new employees within three months of their recruitment, in cooperation with both in-house and external lecturers. We impart the high quality know-how of our top-level experts. In addition, in-house seminars are organised for all our employees with the aim of enhancing the knowledge, skills and abilities required for their work.
